Fermented Brown Rice isn’t a Macrobiotic Dish after all

I had a local zoom cafe today, an event I organize once a month, and we talked about diet. I had a guest who serves lunch at da-na cafe and her cooking is based on the macrobiotic concept. She studied at Lima Cooking School, a macrobiotic school founded by George Ohsawa’s wife. Therefore we talked a lot about macrobiotics, for the first time in a long time. It was very interesting but I will talk about it tomorrow since it is getting late tonight.

One thing I found out though is that fermented brown rice isn’t a macrobiotic dish. I will talk about it more tomorrow, too.
