Positive Thinking and Ikigai Diet During the COVID 19 Pandemic

Yesterday was April 8th, the birthday of Buddha. We also had a supermoon.

I went Nordic Walking to do my Ima Iwai.

 

As I said in the last post, positive thinking helps us cope with the present situation.

If you are not allowed to go outside, you can meditate at home, and you can do Ima Iwai in your house.
