The Ikigai Diet and Ikigai Bio-Hacking

I got up at 6 AM and did my morning routine. I did sungazing meditation first, then went Nordic walking.

It is the final day of my 50s.

Finally, I’ll be 60 tomorrow.

Kanreki, that is what we call it in Japan.

The first celebration of reaching longevity. We celebrate longevity at the age of 60, 69, 76, 79, 87, 89,98, 99, 107, 110, and 119.

So, it is still the beginning and I have a long time to go, but finally, I am a senior citizen to start celebrating old age.

It is fun in a way because you can set your goal to survive till the next longevity celebration.  I wonder if I can reach the 119-year-old celebration, which is called Daikanreki, big Kanreki.
