My first week of the fourth quarter is rolling. I completed the 24 hours fast yesterday, and I am already relieved, just three more 17 hours fast to go. It is good to do the 24 hours fast at the beginning of the week in that sense.

Both the macrobiotic diet and the Ikigai Diet are from Japan and there are many similarities between the two.
They are both based on Japanese dietary culture.
