About Sachiaki Takamiya

My name is Sachiaki Takamiya. I am the author of The Ikigai Diet and a sustainable life coach. I live in a small rural town called Hino Town in Shiga Prefecture Japan, where I lead a sustainable lifestyle. 

I grow vegetables using organic farming and natural farming methods, make fermented foods such as miso and natto and eat what I call the ikigai diet. I run workshops in Japan and worldwide helping people find health and happiness through healthy eating and sustainable living.
