I planted onions on Friday. Every November, I plant onions, and that is one of the annual events for my gardening.
I don’t grow many vegetables like I used to do. It just takes up so much of my time and I decided to grow only a few I like to grow or easy to grow.
Onions are difficult to grow with natural farming so I grow them with organic farming and I use agricultural mulch. Just like diet, I am not one of those dogmatic people who never bend their policies. I change methods depending on the plant.
Onion planting is the last thing you do in your garden other than harvesting Jerusalem artichokes, and you always feel it is the end of the year and the winter is coming.
