Happy New Year!
The year 2022 has begun. I hope it will be a great year for you.
Did you have a good holiday?
Have you made your New Year’s resolutions?
I will share with you my resolutions.
It is the Year of the Tiger in the Chinese zodiac, and it is significant for me because I was born in the Year of the Tiger. Tiger is very powerful, and it can push me forward to do what I need to do.
This year is not a regular year of the tiger, it is Kanreki year for me, and I am turning 60 years old. I am entering old age, a senior citizen. Because our lifespan has extended over the years, and I am positive that I will live till age 120, I have just come to the halfway point. It is the beginning of the next 60-year journey. I am excited because now I am old enough and wise enough to start teaching. Yet, I have the wellness of 40 years old person, and it is the perfect timing to share my knowledge and realization with the world. And tiger will back me up.
So, one resolution is to spread Ikigai Bio-Hacking. I will publish the book in February, and I will share this new knowledge and practice with as many people as I can all around the world. It can help us hack back what has been hacked by the architects of Matrix.
In order to achieve my goal, I will incorporate feng shui into my life
The first thing I will do is to keep my house tidy, which is one thing I haven’t been good at. Every site I looked at on feng shui talks about it. Keeping the house tidy seems to be the most important thing in bringing good fortune.
The second thing I will do is to have a deeper connection with Shinto shrines, which is also recommended in feng shui. It is the case in Japan, and I think it is different in each country. Respecting a spiritual tradition may be the key. So, I will visit the local shrine every day, which I began doing in October after Nordic walking. I will also pray at Kamidana, my house shrine.
So those are two new year’s resolutions other than promoting the Ikigai Diet and Ikigai Bio-Hacking.
Also, I would like to visit some meccas of Shugendo such as Mt, Yoshino, Mt, Omine, Koya-san, and Kumano. I will do a lot of hiking and mountain climbing in that mountain range as part of my 60 years old challenge.
