Get the Japanese Superfood List
I finished submitting my tax return form on Wednesday, which was the deadline, and I feel relieved now. Every year, after completing the tax return form, I feel that spring has come.
The tax office was in Omi-Hachiman, which is near Lake Biwa, so I went to the lake, as well. It takes one hour from Hino, my town, so I don’t get to go to the lake so often.
It was nice to see the lake.
I have almost finished my Japanese book Shizenha Bio-Hacking, and ready to upload the data to KDP platform, as well.
The book will be published on March 21st, which is the spring equinox day in Japan. It is the official beginning of spring.
I am very happy about the book and satisfied with how it came out.
I think it will sell a lot.
It is the most comprehensive book on health and longevity out there as far as I can see. I have included every aspect of biohacking, such as fasting, diet, exercises, deliberate heat and cold exposures, sleeping, mentality, spirituality, and planetary biohacking.
