I am sorry I haven’t been able to update this blog so much these days; I have been busy preparing for my talk and workshop in England.
I made fermented brown rice wheat and barley berries this time.
I pressure cooked brown rice, barley berries, wheat berries and azuki beans with salt, then kept them in a jar rice cooker for three days.
I am very much looking forward to going to England. It will be the first time in 18 years, and the first time to stay for a certain period of time in over 30 years.
This time I am visiting there with my son, and it will be wonderful to be able to introduce him to the world I once belonged to.
We will explore Devon’s countryside; taking walks, cycling, horseback-riding, and working on the farm, as well as visiting alternative spots in Totnes and Dartington.
