Raw Vegan Natto Salad

This time I made natto salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, broccoli, onions, and marinated garlic with brown rice vinegar. I seasoned them with brown rice vinegar, perilla oil, salt, and sesame seeds.

This is pretty much raw food, too. Natto is the only thing cooked, and yet, I would say it is still the main thing in this dish, making it a superfood.
