The Ikigai Diet and Bio-Hacking

I have been doing sungazing meditation a lot recently. I do Tantoko, standing Zen, just for 33 seconds while gazing at the sun.  Any longer than this is too long. I only do it either in the morning or evening close to sunrise or sunset. The sunshine is too strong if you do it any other time. As I gaze at the sun, I focus on my Hara, the belly area and feel Ki energy.

 

Buds on the cherry trees are getting bigger each day.
