Finally, cherry trees have started putting out buds. Maybe we get to see some cherry blossom next weekend.

Today, I would like to share with you bio-hackko. Hackko in Japanese means fermentation so bio-hackko means bio-fermentation, a process of fermenting your body.

Ikigai Bio-Hacking in many ways is bio-hackko.  Just like fermenting food to optimize the condition suitable to the gut microbiome, you ferment your body, mind, and spirit to optimize their condition.

To do that, you want to let nature take care of yourself since fermentation is a natural process.  Let microbiomes do their work, let mitochondria do their work, let autophagy do its work.

You want to eat types of foods the gut microbes like, as well as give them a wide variety so that different microbes can function to create synergy. You want to chew them well so that it will be easy for the organs to digest foods. You want to fast for some hours to give organs a break, and activate autophagy. You want to eat types of food to stimulate autophagy.

You want to do types of exercises to stimulate autophagy and increase mitochondria.

You want to be in a certain mental state that can stimulate your gut microbiome.

You want to be out in nature to interact with microorganisms on the earth to be in tune with them.

You want to live with natural rhythms, such as a seasonal rhythm and celestial rhythm so that they can cooperate with your organs, cells, and microbiomes.

You want to connect with Ki energy to keep the balance in the body.

You want to be spiritually awake so that you can stay focused with your Ikigai, a life mission, and act in alignment with your source.

Bio-Hackko is so much more powerful than taking any kind of supplement or conducting genetic engineering.

Do not intervene in the natural process, do not underestimate the force of nature.

Just trust nature and let it take care of the biohacking. All you need to do is cooperate with nature.
