By now, you know how great Natto is. I uploaded a video on how to eat Natto, since there is no point in knowing the benefits if you don’t know how to eat it. There are some videos out there, but many of them are not accurate in terms of how you can get the true benefits of this super fermented soybeans.
I am talking about videos made by Japanese people, too.
It is surprising that many Japanese people don’t know how to eat Natto properly.
That’s where Natto King comes in.
Yes, I have decided to call myself Natto King. I eat Natto every day and I make Natto every week. I have been practicing this Natto-based diet for over 5 years. I suppose I can call myself Natto King.
Many people in Japan eat Natto with white rice, and they show that on their videos, too.
White rice was the biggest cause of people living short in short-lived villages Dr. Shoji Kondo discovered.
If you want to eat Natto for health reasons, you don’t want to eat it with white rice.
A Natto package usually comes with sauce and Japanese mustard. Usually, people put them on Natto to eat and they do that on their videos. too.
The thing is we don’t know what’s in them. You had better check the ingredients. The last time I saw the package, the sauce contained some sugar. It is always better to avoid processed food or packaged food these days.
This is how you should eat Natto.
I forgot to add it, but make sure to check the beans that they use GM-free soybeans. Organic soybeans are preferable, too.
