The Ikigai Diet and Bio-Hacking
Cherry blossoms were in full bloom on the weekend and I went Nordic walking along the row of cherry blossom trees.
This time I continued walking all the way to Hino station which is about 8 kilometers(5 miles) away. 16 kilometers(10 miles) round trip. This is a preparation for my 60-year-old birthday walk. I’ll be walking 42 kilometers(26 miles) around Hino then.
There are little shrines like this along the way and this is the great thing about Satoyama Nordic walking.
10 miles are quite a long walk. My legs were tired toward the end. I don’t know if I am able to do the 26-mile walk. Well, I just need to slowly keep increasing the distance. Next weekend, I’ll walk for 12 miles.
