The Weekend Go Filled Pancake on the Break from the Intermittent Fasting

The fifth week of intermittent fasting is over, and here comes Saturday. I do 16/8 intermittent fasting from Monday to Friday and have the weekend off.

I had a pancake for breakfast this morning. This pancake is quite healthy since it is Go-filled pancake, meaning it has a lot of Go as in Ma Go Wa Ya Sa Shi I. It has full of nuts and seeds; peanuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

I have also used whole wheat flour, rice flour, soy milk, and a free-range egg.

It is going to be the new moon tonight. The new moon before the spring equinox, the universal new year’s day.

I wonder what I am going to wish for.
