In the last post, I shared with you the fact that natto could activate autophagy, and I am more excited about eating natto.
Recently, I have been making natto with steamed vegetables. This is pretty much the same with stir-fried minced veg natto.

Instead of stir-frying minced vegetables, I steam them and add olive oil to make them oily. This way, I am not heating the oil and it is healthier.
It has Shitake mushrooms and soy sauce which also contain spermidine that activates autophagy according to Dr. Tamotsu Yoshimori, the author of Life Science Nagaikisezaruwoenaijidai no Seimeikagakukogi.
