Personally, I prefer this dish to olive oil natto. The health benefits are incredible and I love the flavor.

I like natto’s taste, so I can eat natto on its own, but adding this to natto makes me want to eat natto more.

The great thing about this super ingredient is that it is available all around the world. It is grown everywhere.
