I updated the Japanese version of the Ikigai Diet, and published the kindle book yesterday. It was March 3rd Reiwa 3, so, 333, and a good day to launch a new project.
I incorporated the recent discovery of intermittent fasting and HIIT in the change. Since the Ikigai Diet is modeling Shizenha people, who check their method regularly to see if it works, upgrading is part of this diet.
