Fiber-rich Natto salad.
If you find regular Natto challenging to eat, you can try this one. Since it is a salad, it doesn’t taste so unusual. It does have the taste of Natto but it is eased by other ingredients. I find it even better than a regular salad because Natto’s stickiness blends with other vegetables giving a richer flavor.
And it is super healthy. Natto itself is a gut-friendly food but I added other gut-enhancing elements to this dish. The ingredients I chose including seasonings are different from Natto recipes you might come across in other YouTube videos.
