Have you ever had Yakisoba?

Yakisoba means stir fry noodles in Japanese and it is called Chomen in Chinese, so you may have heard the Chinese name since it is more commonly used in the West.

Yakisoba is a popular street food like Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki, but it is eaten throughout Japan while Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki are mostly eaten in the Kinki Region or sometimes it is called the Kansai Region.

Yakisoba is often made with pork but you can make one with Natto.
