I said I was going to try a new strategy for the new quarter of my Hare and Ke Intermittent Fasting. I decided to do 36 hour fast once a week and 17 hour fast three times a week. From Sunday dinner to Tuesday breakfast, I do 36 hour fast, and I eat three meals on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, I do 17 hour fast.
It is almost the same as the last strategy that is 24 hour fast,once and 17 hour fast four times. This time I extended my 24 hour fast to 36 hour fast, but take a break on Tuesday instead.
It has been good so far. I find it easy to do 36 hour fast since I had been doing 24 hour fast once a week. 36 hour fast is almost the same as 24 hour fast. I like the fact that I can eat breakfast on Tuesday, too. It is good from a circadian rhythm point of view, too. Then from Wednesday, just three days left for fasting, it is easier psychologically.
