I just saw an advertisement for Australia on Facebook and it was introducing some popular Australian dishes with colorful pictures. One of the dishes was avocado toast.
I had never seen it before but as soon as I saw the photo, which was very eye-catching, I pictured myself sitting at a cafe in Australia and having it. Then, out of the blue, I felt it would go very well with natto.
So, I ended up making avocado natto toast.
I toasted my bread which had some nuts and some cacao.
I made avocado spread with olive oil, salt, hemp seeds, pepper, and a little soy sauce, and spread it on the toast.
Then. I put some salad onions on it and natto on top.
It was delicious. You can put mayonnaise on it, or mustard would be good, too.
