I’m so happy to have found Sachiaki Takamiya’s book, “Ikigai Bio-hacking”. The author, Takamiya-san, is incredibly knowledgable about the lifestyles and diets of Japanese Centenarians, and this book is full of invaluable information for anyone wanting to live past 100 years old. If you are interested in the Japanese take on a “Bio-hacking” lifestyle, combined with the secret to what Japanese people do to OUTLIVE everyone on this planet, then I would highly recommend buying this book.

Author Sachiaki Takamiva’s has traveled the world since he was 14. This book reflects his accumulated knowledge on how to live a long and satisfying life.
The concise information in The Ikigai Diet and this book Ikigai Bio-Hacking are the place to start. Takamiya’s web sites appearing in Ikigai Bio-Hacking plus his YouTube presentations expand upon the concise outlines of how to live a satisfying life you won’t regret. The author has lived in the Japanese towns within prefectures that have record numbers of centenarians.
Summarizing the two books taken as a whole present a satisfactory philosophical approach to life together with diet recommendations.
I recommend both of these quick reads as helpful guides to anyone on how to live even if you simply want to fine tune your life.
