I Have Completed the First Four Weeks of the Intermittent Fasting

It is Saturday today and I am back at my weekend routine of having pancake for breakfast.

It has been four weeks since I started the 16 hour-fasting. Yes, I have completed the first four weeks of it.

I am proud of it. It is often said that once you continued a new action for one month, you make it a habit.

Now, I can carry on with this new routine, and get even fitter.

The weekend break was a good idea, it worked really well.  I get to enjoy this morning pancakes from time to time.
