I am still busy with preparing the presentation. I have finished halfway through. I went nordic walking during the break as usual.
It is very comfortable. Autumn is probably the best season to go nordic walking. Colored leaves and chilly air put you shift your mind inward. It helps me come up with good ideas for the presentation, too. I walk for about 40 minutes, and it is just the right amount. It is enough aerobic exercise, yet not too strenuous.
