I found small black beans as small as Azuki beans at a local store. Usually, black beans are as big as soybeans, and although you can make fermented brown rice with black beans, they appear to be a little too big.
However, these ones look just like Azuki beans and would look good in fermented brown rice.
And they looked good in it. They are naturally grown and I know the farmer who grew them.
