What are Japanese Blue Zones?
They are the long-lived villages in Japan that Dr. Shoji Kondo discovered between 1935 and 1971.
And also, they are the modern-day longest-lived prefectures in Japan, Okinawa, Nagano, and Shiga.
However, the Ikigai Diet didn’t only model the centenarians in the Japanese Blue Zones, it also modeled Shizenha people who I think are the healthiest people in Japan and will be longer living centenarians in the future.
