As I said in the video I haven’t studied Fukuoka style natural farming, and I don’t know how to do it, but I have seen a man who practices Fukuoka method growing carrots until they blossomed. He said that seeds drop on the ground and next year they sprout.
I tried doing it in my garden,
and it worked. The seeds dropped, and new carrots started growing.
Wow! These are wild carrots.
I made a section for these wild carrots.
Another thing I have grown without doing anything was Jerusalem artichoke.
Jerusalem artichokes are so powerful that they can beat other weeds, and I didn’t need to do any weeding.
I could harvest a lot of them this year,
and they became part of Ikigai Dinner a lot this winter.
