Do you do zone 2 training?
It is a low-intensity aerobic exercise such as jogging or cycling where your heart rate stays somewhere between 60 to 70% of your maximum.
It is recommended to do at least 180 minutes of zone 2 cardio per week.
That means doing 45 minutes of jogging four days a week or 60 minutes of jogging three days a week.
