Bio-Harmonizing with Japanese Natural Health

Bio-harmonizing in the Ikigai Diet way is keeping a balance between ancient wisdom and modern science, and I incorporated many aspects of Japanese natural health into the Ikigai Diet. Zen Shijin diet, ancient Japanese martial art, healing methods such as Shiatsu, Seitai, and acupuncture are all part of Japanese natural health, which was initially influenced by ancient Chinese medicine.

You can bio-harmonize yourself a lot by a diet, exercise, mentality, and Satoyama lifestyle, but sometimes it is good to have treatments from an expert.

Kousuke Hirai, an acupuncturist, comes all the way from Fukuoka to our house once every two months, and our house becomes a one-day clinic for people in our town. Mr. Hirai is popular all over Japan and he usually goes to big cities such as Tokyo and Kyoto, but he makes an exception to visit our town because we have quite a few regular clients. My wife is a bodyworker, too,  and has many clients.

An expert can spot things you don’t notice, and it is good to be diagnosed regularly.

Well, I suppose bio-hacking folks do that by themselves using all kinds of apps and things, but I like the good old way, where you have actual dialogues with people. This way you also pay people you know instead of companies making the apps.
