I tried making Natto using chickpeas. I have made Natto with other beans before such as kidney beans Black beans, and Azuki beans, but it was my first time fermenting chickpeas.

They weren’t fermented as well as soybeans but they got sticky a little.

I made Okra Natto with them.

Not bad. It wasn’t brilliant I must say, but eatable.
