Shinon Kansha Meditation 2: What If You didn’t Have Anything You Feel Grateful for Happening?

Last week, I uploaded a video on Shinon Kansha meditation.  It is a secret Japanese way of praying at a Shinto shrine. You appreciate gods for the favors they have given to you. Most people ask them for favors, but you thank them instead. It puts you in a different mindset. It makes you pay attention to the fact that you are satisfied with your life instead of feeling the lack.

Well, it is easy to say, but what if you didn’t have anything you feel grateful for happening to thank gods?

I am sure there are a lot of people who feel that way. So, I made a video for it.
