The color of leaves is slowly changing in Hino Town now. The peak is at the end of November. I watched a video about autumn leaves in Massachusetts recently and the forests were already completely covered with red and yellow colors in October. It seems to be much earlier over there.
I finished the third quarter of my Hare and Ke Intermittent Fasting last Friday. I am so proud of myself. Each time I complete the quarter I feel a sense of achievement. I think this quarter system works well in that sense, too. In order to celebrate my accomplishment I usually take a week break from fasting but this time I decided to carry on and take a break during the Christmas holiday.
Having tried different styles of intermittent fasting in the last three quarters, I feel the one where I do 17 hours fast 4 days a week and 24 hours fast 1 day a week and eat three meals 2 days a week seems to work best.
In the next quarter, I will continue with this approach.
