I have been eating a lot of mushrooms these days. This is my latest hack. I try to eat a wide variety of mushrooms every day. Before I was eating mostly Shitake but since I did a video on Nagano, I’ve been hooked on mushrooms.

 

It is related to my not taking supplements.
