Do you think science is a little overrated?

Recently, there are many books published by doctors and scientists on wellness and longevity, aren’t there?

In Japan, books like A Diet a Doctor Recommends or A Way of Taking a Sauna Recommended by a Doctor are popular, and it sells well if you include a doctor in the title.

It seems to be a worldwide phenomenon, scientists are in the spotlight, and even regular Youtubers are referencing scientific papers to present their arguments.

And of course, we all know the famous phrase by CNN caster Follow the Science!

Science is everywhere.

I wonder since when science has been regarded so highly.

While I welcome scientific contribution in the field of health and longevity, we need to address this kind of question when everything has started shifting in one direction all of a sudden.
