Friday again and I have completed another week of my Hare and Ke Intermittent Fasting. I really love this rhythm of having the weekend off.

I uploaded a new video on stretching.

At the end of the last video Bodyweight HIIT for Longevity, I said I always did stretching after doing HIIT, and this is a video about how I do my stretching and roll my joints, fingers, and toes. These are critical for your flexibility and in oriental natural health, flexibility is important. In some ways, it is more crucial than building muscles.
