In the last post, I shared with you seven autophagy-activating superfoods. Today, I’ll share with you an autophagy-activating superfood mashup natto dish.
It has natto, salmon, ginger, shiitake, olive oil, soy sauce, and broccoli. I mentioned natto, ginger, salmon, and olive oil in the last post as autophagy-activating superfoods. I didn’t include them in the list, but shiitake and soy sauce contain spermidine, and they can boost autophagy, too. Broccoli contains sulforaphane which is also said to activate autophagy.
Can you imagine how incredible this dish is?
It is very easy to make.
First, you chop vegetables into small pieces. Carrots, onions, broccoli, ginger, and shitake. You also cut salmon into small pieces.
Then, you steam them.
When they are steamed, you put them into a bowl and add olive oil and soy sauce.
