I tried making a new Natto dish. Burdock with Natto.
I shredded burdocks and steamed them.
Then, I mixed them with Natto and put a dressing over them.
The dressing is with brown rice vinegar, Mentsuyu, perilla oil, sesame seeds, and mayonnaise.
It was pretty good.
