Since it was Sports Day today, which was moved from October for the sake of the Tokyo Olympic games, we played soccer. Soccer can be another form of Shizenha Bio-Hacking because it is kind of HIIT. When you play soccer you naturally run fast and stop, so you end up doing high-intensity interval training. When you run fast it is a high-intensity exercise, and when you slow down it becomes a kind of interval.
For seniors, there is another benefit. You feel younger when you play a sport like soccer, reminding you of your youth.
