As I discussed in this post I shared with you last week,

Who Has More like Shizenha Bio-Hacking Style Workout Shohei Ohtani or Ichiro Suzuki?

Shohei Ohtani and Ichiro Suzuki are two baseball superstars.

In case you don’t know about Ichiro, he was as phenomenal as Ohtani during his playing days.

Ichiro won the American League batting title, the AL Rookie of the Year Award, and the AL MVP Award in 2001, and he remains the only player in MLB history to win all three in his first season.

In 2004, he broke the single-season record, hitting 262 hits.

Ichiro reached the 200-hit plateau 10 times, doing so in his first 10 seasons, when he averaged 224 per year. He is tied with Pete Rose for the most 200-hit campaigns, although Rose did not produce his in consecutive years.

He also won WBC as a member of the Japanese national team twice.

In many ways, those two have a lot in common.

However, there is one difference between the two; their exercise method.

This time, I made a video on this topic. Please watch it.
