I am so excited to announce that I have updated The Ikigai Diet book on my 333rd post.
Yes, this is the 333rd post since I began this blog.
As you know I started doing intermittent fasting in February, and have incorporated autophagy in the Ikigai Diet since then. Therefore I decided to update the book to add that element.
I just saw an advertisement for Australia on Facebook and it was introducing some popular Australian dishes with colorful pictures. One of the dishes was avocado toast. As soon as I saw the photo, which was very eye-catching, I pictured myself sitting at a cafe in Australia and having it. Then, out of the blue, I felt it would go very well with natto.
I wanted to jump to a pasta dish that had some beans on, but I was careful enough to start from my usual fast-breaking dish.
I had a special natto dish. It is steamed vegetables with kimchi and natto. It has ginger, garlic, carrots, onions, broccoli, Shimeji mushroom, burdock, daikon leaves, and hijiki seaweed. I mixed them with natto and kimchi, and added olive oil, hemp seeds, and soy sauce.
The Local Network Hino began a Sunday organic morning market last week, and we had the second market yesterday.
It has been three months since I began this intermittent fasting and I have kind of figured out the optimal way of doing it.
I decided to call it Hare and Ke Intermittent Fasting.
Now that I have completed the first three months of my intermittent fasting, I began a new phase. I started having only vegetables for lunch on Wednesday.
It was a new moon in Taurus this morning and I made my wishes during Nordic walking. It is good to make your wishes on a new moon.
