Finally, I have reached 300 blog posts. This is the 300th post.
It was almost two years when I gave a talk and workshop at the Apricot Centre and they featured me again on their website, introducing my current activity, as well.
On the night of the full moon day, we had ikigai dinner as usual.
One thing the Ikigai Diet is different from those books is that it is a socially friendly diet. That aspect is not so addressed in other books. I think it is because society and one’s health are not directly related and there is no medical evidence to suggest it.
It will be one year on March 20th since I published the Japanese version of the Ikigai Diet, so I have changed the book cover and updated the content, as well.
I updated the Japanese version of the Ikigai Diet, and published the kindle book yesterday.
I told you that I practiced intermittent fasting just during the week and rested on the weekend. It is to do with the Japanese concept of Hare and Ke in the Ikigai Diet.
We had ikigai dinner with fermented native grains and Natto to celebrate the new moon in Aquarius.
It was Rishun in Japan yesterday, new year’s day in the lunar calendar, and the beginning of Spring. We had a special dinner to celebrate it.
The Ikigai Diet is based on the lifestyles of regions which are known to be the longest lived prefectures in Japan, Nagano, Shiga, and Okinawa.
